Lemon Dream Tart (for Kristine) $47

This tart was created for my beloved sister Kristine, who loves lemon. It turned out to be such a hit, I just had to add it to my menu! This dessert starts with a almond tart crust, followed by a thin layer of rich chocolate ganache, a generous layer of smooth sour cream filling, and a layer of creamy lemon curd. Served with a sweet berry coulis, this dessert is truly amazingly divine.
